DUE TO COVID THE BOCKERY IS CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE ....NEW ULTRA COMFORTABLE BEDS IN a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 dressing room suite overlooking lovely gardens on both sides. An excellent balance between convenience and luxury in a beautiful Victorian villa on a quiet, pretty Chelsea street. Either 1 super-king sized bed and 1 small single in the dressing room OR up to three single beds. Sorry, we offer no kitchen or pre-cooked breakfast, just facilities to make yourselves some morning drinks. Huge space at 40m2. Whether it's just for you or your family, whether you need accommodation for business, romantic or social, we can make your stay truly wonderful. Maximum 3 persons please. We can provide you with a large writing desk if you need it. Or a box of toys. We're sure you'll be so comfortable in your large suite you will hardly want to leave it. We provide you with drinks making facilities in the dressing room, a fridge, crockery, biscuits. We're sorry but we cannot provide you with kitchen or dining facilities, just extra crockery and glasses if you want to eat take away in your suite. On the plus side we're surrounded by wonderful cafes and restaurants in all price ranges.

We have lived in this house for a very long time, we love Chelsea, we love London and we look forward to welcoming our guests, those who are returning and those who are new.

We do not provide breakfast or other meals because we are surrounded by excellent cafes and restaurants and bars. ALl manner of entertainment as you would expect in central London. Very well located for central London with excellent transport links.. The closest Underground stations are Fulham Broadway or Earls Court, within ten minutes brisk walk; five on the bus. The bus routes that pass the end of Fernshaw Road are 14, 414, 328, C3, 11, 211, 22. We are 300m from Stamford bridge stadium, home to the famous Chelsea FC. Getting to and from the airport is also easy. We have very reasonable and reliable drivers for airport transfers (e.g. to Heathrow T1, T2 or T3 for 26 POUNDS). Alternatively if you’re travelling light and like a bargain, we recommend that the Piccadilly line from Earls Court connects to Heathrow (1 hour door to door compared to 1 ½ hours by car in rush hour), whilst Imperial Wharf connects to Clapham Junction and on to Gatwick (under 1 hour door to door compared to 2 hours by car).
