Excellent location for City visit. The apartment is walking distance to town center. The apartment has recently been refurbished to an exceptional standard. There is a 60" 4K Smart TV for your entertainment and Fast Wifi throughout the property. New décor completed end of March 2019. There is a proper double bed with a new comfy mattress and black out blinds to ensure guests have a comfortable sleep. Excellent transport links within minutes walk. Very clean and modern, bright top floor flat. It has a newly fitted kitchen with wine cooler. All new appliances and furniture throughout. The apartment has double glazing throughout. Traditional old style Scottish building built, circa 1878. The apartment is on a quiet street in the vibrant Broughton area with several bars, cafes and shops in minutes walk. Central location on the edge of Edinburgh's New Town. There is a large shared garden which gets plenty of sunlight. *** Please note the property is on the top floor, 3 flights. The apartment is located on a quiet street in the lively Broughton area making it an ideal location for a city stay. There is a Lidl store behind the back garden and a Tesco behind that. There are plenty of nice pubs and restaurants within minutes walking distance. The apartment is also in walking distance to Princess street. The beautiful Botanic gardens is just around the corner. Inverleith park is also closeby, a great place for a walk on a nice day. There are plenty of buses within minutes walk to get into town. The apartment is a short taxi ride from Waverley train station. St Andrews bus station is a 15 minute walk. The Tram line is also a short walk which is ideal for airport. Parking: There are pay and display bays on the main road, which are chargeable between 8.30am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. Please check relevant signs. The pay and display meters provide a maximum time of 4 hours, however, you can then pay again for further time. There are also 2 supermarkets behind the building which offer a few hours for free. There are 24 hour car parks in the surrounding areas.
