The Byres is a beautiful stone built 7 bedroom self-catering house that will very comfortably accommodate 16 with room to spare. Recently converted from a 19th C farm steading to a high standard, this house is light, spacious, and is tastefully and comfortably furnished. Until the end of November 2020, The Byres and Ettrick View are each being made available to single household groups of up to six people in three bedrooms at a very special price. Larger single household groups may still be accommodated under the terms of the Scottish government rules announced on 23 September 2020. Message us for details. There are 7 bedrooms, a large lounge with big flat-screen TV, pool table and table tennis, a big kitchen, a dining area that really does seat 16 – plenty of room for everyone to relax and feel at home. Spacious, elegant and cosy throughout, the house also has large windows with spectacular views overlooking countryside, garden and courtyard. With plenty to do in the house and in the area, The Byres is a superb place to meet up with friends and family and discover the hidden gem of the Scottish Borders. We accept full week bookings and minimum 3 night breaks all year.
