The Cabin is a well-presented holiday let positioned in the Devon town of Salcombe, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It boasts one double bedroom on a mezzanine floor, with an additional sofa bed in the sitting room, sleeping up to three guests. The cottage also has a ground floor shower room with shower, basin and WC, and an open-plan living room with kitchen, breakfast bar and sitting area with an electric coal-effect fire. To the exterior is parking in a local car park, with an annual season ticket provided, as well as a front garden a terrace and outdoor furniture. The Cabin will leave you feeling refreshed, having enjoyed a well-earned break to the coast. The bedroom has restricted headroom, the highest point is 4' 2" and is unsuitable for young children.The stairs to the mezzanine floor are open tread and must be used with care.There is currently building work adjacent to the property, please contact us for further information.
Salcombe is a resort town in Devon, England, situated within the South Hams District and popular with walkers, and families looking to be by the sea. The town centre is littered with independent shops, art galleries and some of the best restaurants serving fresh, local seafood. You have many attractions worth a visit, including the National Trust's Overbeck's, watersports on the estuary and plenty of beaches to enjoy. Walks and bike rides along the South West Coast path are a must!
