The Coach House is a spacious family holiday home on a beautiful traditional Devon farmstead. The house sleeps eleven people in two double bedrooms (one with en suite shower), a twin, a single and a bunk room plus two bathrooms. On the ground floor is a living room with open fire, dining room, den, children’s snug, kitchen, laundry room, shower and WC. It has its own games room, indoor swimming pool, sauna and garden with sandpit and playhouse, plus parking for five cars. It shares an outdoor swimming pool, tennis court and second games room. Help is welcome on the farm and there are activities available, such as clay pigeon shooting, archery and mountain biking. With Dartmoor just beyond the farm, there is masses to do at The Coach House. Note: The outdoor pool is available from 27th May to 16th September.
Nestling among mature woodland on the western slopes of Dartmoor, the historic village of Lydford is a jewel in this area of outstanding scenic beauty. To the north, just half a mile away, the high tors come right down to the village edge, while to the south the River Lyd winds its way through Lydford Forest on its tumbling course northwards.
