The Coach House is a stunning property in a tranquil location, in Whitsbury near Fordingbridge. The property has two bedrooms; a ground-floor super-king-size with a TV and en-suite wetroom with separate bath, and a king-size double, sleeping four. There is a bathroom with shower over bath, a cloakroom, a kitchen and a living/dining room with a woodburning stove. Outside, there is off-road parking at the back of the property and a large, shared lawn, as well as a patio area with outdoor furniture. The Coach House is a wonderful base for a relaxing rural retreat, close to the New Forest.
The traditional Hampshire town of Fordgingbridge sits on the banks of the River Avon, offering a selection of shops, pubs and restaurants, a small museum of local history, a display of original work by artist Augustus John, who lived here for many years and the medieval Great Bridge. Close to the Cranborne Chase AONB and New Forest National Park, there is stunning scenery to be enjoyed, with nature havens, acres of moor, heath and woodland frequented by wild ponies, plus quaint villages and country pubs.. Conveniently situated for exploring the cathedral city of Salisbury to the north, you can also access the coast and beaches of Bournemouth to the south. Within a short drive is the magnificent Elizabethan manor house at Breamore, as well as the New Forest Water Park, and a trip to Beaulieu, home of the National Motor Museum is not to be missed.
