Newly converted and elegantly furnished in a comfortable and contemporary style by two local artists Jean and Martin Farrell, the chic apartment boasts a spacious bedroom and living area which leads through to a kitchen and dining area. Built in the basement of a pretty family house, the flat has its own entrance via the front garden with full height french windows allowing in plenty of natural light. With a plush super king size zip and link bed, and a fold out sofa bed, the apartment can sleep three people and is perfect for couples and small groups of friends. There is a TV, radio and a selection of games and books so the apartment is a great place to relax after a day of sight-seeing. The kitchen contains the basics needed to prepare, serve and enjoy a simple meal for three, with a microwave and coffee machine as well as utensils and tableware. Apartment also has underfloor heating throughout the flat. A large shower, loo, mirror and sink can all be found in the bathroom. Free WiFi is available through the flat.
