The Eastleigh is an elegant and beautifully presented apartment in a prominent seafront location in the Victorian seaside town of Seaton. The well thought out living areas have been designed to make the most of the panoramic sea views with the promenade and beach right on the doorstep. With high ceilings and period features, The Eastleigh offers exceptional accommodation for families and couples looking for a holiday home with comfort and style in abundance. A security deposit is required and care will be needed with small children when using the balcony. Although first floor the property is accessed by the rear and there are only two steps from the loading area. An Open plan lounge, dining and kitchen with steps up to a small balcony with sea views. With 3 bedrooms, 1Kingsize with ensuite shower room, 1 Double bed and one win beds with optional pull out single bed (please specify if required at time of booking). A bathroom has a large bath with shower over, and wc and there is a further separate w.c. A permit is provided for a public car park within a couple of minutes walk (no allocated space) and utilities, linen & towels are included. A travel cot (no linen) supplied .
