The space A superior two bedroom, second floor apartment named after one of the famous Prince Bishops of Durham, set within a newly renovated grade II listed Georgian building in the heart of Durham City Centre. This two-bedroom apartment can be found in the west wing of the building and, while it is contemporary in terms of layout and style, again, each offers something unique. An L-shape design – retaining echoes of an earlier era. Not only can this apartment be accessed through the building’s imposing front entrance, but they also enjoy sole use of the rear staircase giving guests the enviable advantage of a front and back door to their property.
