A cosy compact and bijou studio garden room in a rural area which is in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in the Tamar Valley. Please note public transport is very limited. Buses are every two hours and finish at 6pm. Trains from nearby Gunnislake run approx. every two hours to Plymouth through the delightful Tamar Valley. Walking routes available from stations along the line. The Garden Room provides an ideal retreat from the rush of modern life and the ability to refresh yourself in tranquil surroundings. The property has a sheltered sunken garden offering a lovely place to sit and relax / read.
