The Granary at Fawsley

This historically listed 300-year-old farm building is set in 2000 acres of Fawsley Estate parkland. There is ample free parking on site, and in the morning a full English breakfast is provided.

The Granary at Fawsley has 10 boutique rooms with modern, chic décor. Rooms are decorated with original paintings, and come with a flat-screen TV and beds with Egyptian cotton linen.

Free Wi-Fi is provided for guests. There are opportunities for cycling, horse riding and fishing in the surrounding area.

Daventry is 6 miles away, and Birmingham International Airport is just under an hour’s drive. Silverstone race track is a 20-minute drive from the building.

Our 17th century array of barns are beautifully designed to create maximum comfort in the most peaceful of environments. Surrounded by 2600 acres of parklands, The Granary at Fawsley is a true picture of beauty. We have a fully licensed bar and restaurant available to guests of the Granary.

My Name is Glenn Newman, myself and my wife Donna have owned The Granary since 2012. We are both truly passionate and strive to give our guests the very best experience possible. Each year we improve all aspects of the business and this reflects on our ever growing occupancy levels.

We are situated in the heart of the 2600 Acre Fawsley Estate. We have access to our neighbouring hotel for use of their Spa (by appointment only) and lots of wonderful walks through this historical estate. A 'walkers map' can be given when requested. The estate is steeped in history, it's well known in the area that the Elephant man (Joseph Merrick) spent some of his final years here, staying at the gamekeepers lodge just up the road from us. He spent 6 very happy and carefree weeks here, wandering freely through the fields and picking wild flowers, watching the wildlife, enjoying the beauty and tranquillity of the idyllic countryside.
