The Harbour Retreat is a newly built coastal holiday hideaway in an area of outstanding natural beauty. With private parking The Harbour Retreat is attached to the main house, with it's own private access and stairs leading up to an open plan kitchenette, dining area, lounge and bedroom, en-suite shower room with underfloor heating throughout. The bed is king sized, with crisp Egyptian cotton bedding, 'feels like down' duvet and a variety of support pillows. The en-suite shower room has a large rain shower, heated towel rail, fluffy towels, waffle dressing gowns and complimentary luxury toiletries by Cole & Lewis of London. The Kitchenette equipped with: a sink, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery, crockery, glasses, mugs, Nespresso coffee machine & milk frother. On arrival there is a complimentary selection of Nespresso coffee capsules, Clipper Hot Chocolate, Twinings Breakfast & Earl Grey Tea, Pukka herbal teas and fresh milk in the fridge. There is a sofa bed, 42" Smart TV and free wifi.
In an area of outstanding natural beauty, The Harbour Retreat is a 5 minute walk to the water's edge of Chichester Harbour and a 5 minute drive to West Wittering, one of the most beautiful white sandy beaches in the UK. A fantastic location from which to explore the South Coast, Goodwood and the South Downs Way.
Visit the charming and historic cathedral city of nearby Chichester, with the renowned Chichester Festival Theatre, Novium Museum, Pallant House gallery, shops, cafes and restaurants. A little further north lie West Dean Gardens and The Weald and Downland Museum. Our local pub offers delicious food, a roaring fire in the colder months, an impressive gin menu and has a breathtaking view looking out over the Harbour. For outdoor activities you can hike or bike along the Salterns Way or for the more adventurous there's the South Downs Way, head to the beach to blow away the cobwebs or take to the water for the many watersports on offer. Goodwood is only a 15 minute drive and hosts world class events such as The Festival of Speed, Glorious Goodwood and The Revival.
