It has everything you need, for a modern short break or a luxury week away with additional extras available; Breakfast in Bed, a picnic hamper to take to the beach or champagne package for you to enjoy on arrival. We are modern, comfortable, luxury and all round awesome! Great location, adaptable for all your needs (well most) A nice looking space, somewhere to park your bike, car, surfboard or/and walking boots! ..also enjoy our outside Decked area to dine al-fresco! Guest access Guests have sole use of the apartment to enjoy, relax and make memories . Private parking is just outside. Interaction with guests We are always at the end of the phone to help or just a minute away if you want to pop in : )

We are a very short walking distance of 2 mins (fast walk ; )from the village, where you can hop on a bus to Ilfracombe, Bideford, Appledore, Barnstaple, Croyde, and Woolacombe and just a 10 minutes drive from Barnstaple train station. In our view we are perfectly located for everything you need, just a very short walk away from enjoying a cocktail, a beer in the local, a fancy meal or to grab a take away for a cosy night in!
