The Leat is a lovely converted barn nestled on the fringes of St. Columb Major in Cornwall. It boasts two bedrooms; a double and a twin, sleeping four people altogether. There is also a bathroom and an open-plan living room with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside is ample off-road parking, a large shared garden with lawns and a shared tennis court. The Leat offers just the break you need near the beautiful, coastal town of Newquay. Note: Please note that bookings are only to start from a Friday changeover.
St Columb Major is located near the north coast of Cornwall and boasts a small handful of amenities, while the surf resort of Newquay has bars, clubs, a zoo, shops, the National Surfing Centre and many beaches.
