The Leat is a lovely converted barn nestled on the fringes of St. Columb Major in Cornwall. It boasts two bedrooms; a double and a twin, sleeping four people altogether. There is also a bathroom and an open-plan living room with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside is ample off-road parking, a large shared garden with lawns and a shared tennis court.
