Information about the host

We hire out two caravans, La Vacanza and The Leven both have a 'home from home' environment and are a modern and well equipment highly maintained caravans. These caravans are high specification models that sleeps up to 4 people both caravans have an open plan lounge with a large U shaped seating with a feature fire leading to a table and Chairs and central heating and double glazed throughout. Free Sat TV is provided and Wi-Fi is available at an extra charge through the park operator. The Kitchen is spacious with plentiful cupboard and worktop space, as well as an integrated fridge-freezer, gas cooker, hob, microwave, toaster and is fully equipped for all of your self-catering requirements. The generously proportioned main bedroom with en-suite toilet, The second bedroom has two single beds. Duvets and pillows are provided with bed linen, ie duvet covers, sheets and pillow cases. There are protectors on all mattresses and pillows. Towels are not provided The bathroom has a spacious shower, toilet and wash basin. La Vacanza has decking leading from the door, The Leven has decking leading from the door which goes around the front of the caravan

Before I retired my last 20 years I worked as a Director for a large national and regional charity that helps young people and families. In March 2013 my wife and I moved to Suffolk and reduce the number of days we both work. We enjoy the Suffolk way of living in a beautiful part of the country. Suffolk is well known for good food, friendly people and lovely towns and villages as well as the lovely east coast and its many quaint seaside towns, also the culture that places like Aldeburgh and Snape can offer. Our holiday home was originally brought for our own use until we moved, we spent many happy week ends and school holiday, we loved our time in the van. Our life motto is simple, don't think about it for too long, take the opportunity and do it now, tomorrow maybe to late, hence us both changing jobs, selling up and moving to Felixstowe. We hope to choose to visit us and experience what Suffolk can offer, I am sure you wont be disappointed. We hope to see you soon

Suffolk Sands is a quite site ideal for adults and families who like peace and quiet, it has few facilities, however, you can purchase passes to the sister site Felixstowe Beach, this site includes Club, Indoor Pool, etc are available to our guests. Felixstowe Beach site is a short drive or 5 to 10 minutes’ walk away. The caravan is in a safe location with convenient parking next to the caravan. The Beach and Nature Reserve leading to Landguard Fort are all in walking distance, also close to the Ports viewing area on the river Orwell, it is in walking distance of the Town centre and the resorts facilities and ideal for sightseeing around Suffolk and parts of Essex.
