This two bedroom apartment is a cosy home from home with a fantastic view over the harbour and a large sun terrace. The property is well located in the South Sovereign Harbour area of Eastbourne just a few minutes walking distance from the tasty restaurants and cafes of the Waterfront Complex. The beaches of Eastbourne and the glorious English Channel are just a few hundred yards away where you can spend your days picnicking on the pebbles or strolling into Eastbourne town.
