I'm a yoga and meditation teacher and I run yoga, horse therapy, meditation, and wellness events in the heart of the Lake District. Feel free to book a horse meditation, a meditation class, in nature, or a private yoga session somewhere beautiful. I also team up with other Lake District adventurers to offer unique adventure days.
