Kitchen equiped with range cooker, American fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and dishwasher. (Full set of dishes, plates, pots and pans.) Sitting room/lounge 3 sofas, coffee table, television, wifi. Bathroom/utility shower wetroom with toilet and hand basin, washing machine and tumble dryer in utility area. Upper Floor: Bedroom 1, kingsize bed quality sprung mattress with memory foam topper and high thread count sheets, wardrobe, bedside tables and lamps. Bedroom 2, complete with superking size bed, quality sprung mattress with memory foam topper and high thread count sheets, wardrobe and vanity table, bedside tables and lamps. ## The neighborhood Quiet suburban home in a very nice neighbourhood. Walking distance to a local shopping district with mini Sainsburys and take away restaurants, or walk to York city centre for all the delights on offer. There are absolutely no parites or late nights to be had in our house. People going to the races are asked simply not to book. Out nieghbours have young families. We DO hear about any unusaul or unsocial behaviour and we will leave negative feedback. ## Getting around York is best explored on foot.
