Welcome to ‘A Bit on the Side!’, sister property to a 2nd property ‘The Annexe’, on the same site With the main house where we live. Refurbished for a 2nd time in July 2020, we’re really pleased to be able to make this available once more. This property is part of the main house but completely self contained. It sits behind a secure gated entrance, within 6 acres of fields, stables and a paddock. It benefits from an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area, a large master bathroom, with separate shower, bath and toilet. There are 2 bedrooms. A master bedroom with super king size bed and a second bedroom, with 2 singles. There is a secluded Terrace, with a table, chairs and sun-loungers. There s BBQ facilities and great views over the surrounding rural countryside. There’s a fully fitted kitchen, with washing machine, electric hob & oven. There’s a microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and even a coffee machine We’ve worked hard & very much enjoyed running ‘A Bit on the Side’. We’ve had great reviews (9.9 since 2018) so please feel free to check these out, and book with confidence. Both properties can of course be booked together subject to availability.

We’re only a short distance from historic Westerham, with its pubs, restaurants, antique shops and places of historic Interest. Buses, taxis and trains are all easily accessible - with Gatwick 25 mins and London‘s west end, less than an hour away.
