Myself and my partner Rob opened up our home, want to offer a little bit more than your average B&B. We treat all our guests as we do our friends and family. We have met people of all ages & backgrounds, from every corner of the globe since opening our doors. Nestled in the small village of Willingdon and set against the backdrop of the National South Downs, we have lovingly renovated our Arts & Crafts home. Offering en-suite, bed & breakfast. Our concept is simple... Genuine warmth & hospitality, set in elegant surrounds with added touches of luxury to surprise and delight our guests.. Our Royal Pavilion room hosts a gilded king size bed and elegant french furniture. Egyptian cotton bedding, with a choice of pillows to aid a good nights sleep as well as waffle robes & slippers. WiFi, flat screen tv with access to movie and box set streaming. The large en-suite bathroom is fitted with walk-in rain shower and a double ended bath. A choice of Molton Brown body washes and we even have you covered just incase you’ve forgotten to pack your toothbrush. Our Seven Sisters room has a king size bed with large studded velvet headboard and is furnished with antique oak furniture. The en-suite accommodation also benefits from Its own private courtyard. Mini fridge, bottled water, welcome drinks and sweet treats are also available in all our rooms, as well as in-room tea and coffee making facilities.

Neighbourhood information

We have two local inns in the village, the first being a two minute walk serving local ales. The second a further two minutes along has an excellent extensive food menu. The heart of the village also has an award winning Thai restaurant, booking strongly recommended. For those wanting to get some fresh air our home is situated at the foot of Butts Brow and is the gate way to the national South Downs. At its summit you are rewarded with outstanding panoramic views of Eastbourne and the extending coastline. It is also the start of downs walks to neighbouring Beachy Head, East Dean and onwards to Seven Sisters. Upon booking with us we will be on hand ahead of your stay to offer advice and recommendations. Such as dinner reservations as well as great places to explore during your stay.
