Our property is a Grade II 17 th Century listed building. All rooms are non-smoking as per the national law since 2007. A characterful building with some original features. Centrally located, a few hundred metres from the Market a Place, but in a quiet area. All rooms located on first floor

Comfort, hygiene and safety are our priority. We encourage feedback from our guests whilst they are here and welcome any suggestions. Our main aim is to provide you with a memorable, quality stay . We use fresh local produce and work with local shops, businesses where possible.

Historical, picturesque town located in the Axe Valley, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Only a couple of miles from the World Heritage Jurassic Coastline. We are close to Seaton Tramway Station(Colyton) and near River Cottage HQ and Canteen. Lyme Regis and Sidmouth are a short drive away. Fabulous walking and cycling countryside. We are on the East Devon Way, and very close to the South West Coast Path. Great for Golfing, Fishing, Antique hunting or just relaxing.
