The Old Bell Guest House

The Old Bell is situated within the quiet, Norfolk village of Grimston. It offers free Wi-Fi and is just 20 minutes’ drive from the market town of King’s Lynn.

Guest can relax in the cosy bar offering real ale, fine wines and spirits. Pub food is also on offer.

Some rooms at The Old Bell offer private en-suite bathrooms. Others also feature flat-screen TVs with Freeview and views of the village and Clock Tower.

On-site parking for up to 3 cars is available, and Sandringham Estate, the Queen’s Norfolk retreat, is just 10 minutes’ drive away. The West Norfolk coast provides numerous scenic walks, and both Snettisham and Titchwell Marsh RSPB reserves are 25 minutes’ drive away.

The Old Bell Public house and Bed and breakfast in Grimston Kings Lynn changed hands some 5 Years ago and is now being run as a Public House and B&B we have been working hard fitting the new kitchen this now complete, we are open and cooking food in a traditional pub food (not Gastro Food), and we are serving real Ales Larger, Ciders ,Wines & Spirits, we have made changes to the rooms we now have a family room with a double bed a single bed and a traveling cot, and a King room with king size bed and it can have the traveling cot in as well, the conservatory is currently our lounge and an area for guest to eat as our lounge was in a state so we have to work on that, we have tidied up the front area and now have off road Parking for our Guests and Visitors, we have an area for dinning so people can dine in peace we also provide tea or coffee and cake on arrival so guests can relax while checking in, we do have some small dogs that will bark when you come in but are friendly and love meeting new people we are dog friendly so guests have to understand we have dogs. NOTE DUE TO COVID WE ARE NOT SELLING REAL ALES AT THIS TIME ONLY IN CANS OR BOTTLES BUT HOPE TO SOON

We have been in business for over 40 years serving the good people of Warwickshire and surrounding area having owned a large café in the village of Wellesbourne and a take away on the distribution park in Wellesbourne, Some may know Wellesbourne for it's very large Market on a Saturday and Bank Holidays, and a shop in the village as well, and a cleaning company for 40 years but we decided to make a break and start a fresh in a new area and ended up here in Grimston Norfolk, we like meeting new people and love looking after our guests we don't have many guests who don't like or enjoy their stay but then you will always get 1 we have 5 shi-tsu dogs all girls and friendly.

We have the local stores across the road that is well stocked for your needs, and the people of Grimston we have meet have all been welcomeing and friendly, as well as us selling Food and Drink we have the three horse shoes not far away and in Gayton Village there is the Crown Inn, also a bit further away is the Union Jack and the Anvil all with in driving range or a good walk if like one, and Kings Lynn town is around 10 minuets away from us, we have a beer garden for our guests to sit out in in the summer and enjoy a drink, we have a safe place to keep bicycles in the back as well, we can provide packed lunch for our guests to take out on their walks etc..
