Cobbler's View is a Victorian Terraced house which has 4 bedrooms - 2 double bedrooms and 2 single bedrooms. It has a two seater and 3 seater sofa, plus smart tv from which you can watch Freeview or connect your own Netflix, Amazon, Britbox or NOW TV account should you wish. The kitchen area is equipped with oven, washer dryer, microwave, kettle, toaster; and a fridge freezer. There is a bathroom with waterfall shower head or traditional shower head over the bath. The toilet is separate and adjacent to the bathroom. Located near the centre of town just off Wellingborough Road; the area has a One Stop shop nearby, takeaways and a filling station; meaning you are never far away from whatever you may need without having to travel. When you do travel the main A45 and A6 travel routes are only a few minutes away, without having to navigate out of a complex housing estate. The main supermarket is half a mile down the road. 10 minutes walk, or a couple of minutes by car. Rushden has free parking all day.
