I am an ex corporate executive who decided to change life styles a few years ago and now spend my time in the Isle of Wight looking after my holiday guests, spending life on the beach working locally with our Company, MaD Island Services or wildlife conservation projects in Southern Africa. I also now run a Wildlife Fundraising and Campaigning organisation from Ventnor, As Wild As, (Website hidden by Airbnb) and host and run events both here and the mainland. Set in a peaceful road above the town but only a short walk to the restaurants, cafes and shops. With Sea views from all 3 floors, especially from the Master Bedroom and Open plan living area on the middle floor, this bright spacious home is owned by local Artist and Illustrator Martin Berry whose works are evident throughout. We also provide discounted Ferry Travel.

Southgrove View is set on a quiet Road above the town so even in season it is quiet and peaceful both in and outside the home. You can leave the car at home and walk locally to most of the Restaurants, cafes and shops as well as the seafront and beaches that we recommend both in the House Manual, on our Website and also on Mad Island Services Website.
