Charming, detached annexe to our Suffolk Farmhouse in a stunning rural location. Spacious two storey layout with open plan sitting room/kitchen with french doors opening onto an outside seating area. Upstairs, large double bedroom with a Super-King zip and link bed and ensuite bathroom, with bath and electric shower. Wifi and Smart TV in reception room. Off street parking for one car. Great area for cycling, walking and exploring.

We are located in a beautiful tranquil spot but only 5 miles from Bury St Edmunds which is a pretty market town with plenty of shops and restaurants, a large market on Wednesday's and Saturday's, a cathedral, Abbey Gardens, 2 cinema's and The Theatre Royal. The wool towns of Lavenham, Sudbury and Long Melford are all nearby and Cambridge is a 40 minute drive away. The area is very popular with cyclists and there are many lovely cycle routes and walks from our house. We are more than happy to give advice on local attractions and have a comprehensive manual for guests on arrival giving tips on things to do and see in the area.
