The Old Oak Tree Barn, forming one half of the the historic King John's Barn, is a wonderful barn conversion that can be found in Leafield, Oxfordshire. Inside the property has been had modern furnishings for a relaxing feel when you arrive. Downstairs has an open-plan living room, dining room and a fitted kitchen. Upstairs has one double bedroom with an en suite shower room and WC, and one twin bedroom with an en suite bathroom and WC. There is a small terrace with furniture and a barbecue provided. Ample off road parking is available. The Old Oak Tree Barn is the perfect property for remote holidays. Note: There is a refundable good housekeeping bond of £50 required either in advance or payable by cheque on arrival. Sofa bed available for extra guest for £40 per person, per week. Leafield, Oxfordshire is a short drive away from Ascott, which is an attractive hamlet situated on the northern edges of the Cotswolds in an ‘Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty’. The village is relatively unspoilt and has a lovely selection of period houses scattered arpound the lanes, in fact it's a delightful example of an 'olde England' village.
