Kingswood Guest House is set in a Victorian house with many original features. A variety of pubs, restaurants and shops can found on historic Norton High Street, which is a 2-minute walk away and features a parade of Victorian and Georgian houses.

Large Victorian Bed and Breakfast with 17 beautifully decorated en suite rooms. We pride ourselves in our cleanliness and attention to detail and ensure our guests have a good experience. Unfortunately during Covid 19 we have had to go to self check in with keys left for guests who want no contact with staff but we are only a phone call away to meet your needs. Village location between Billingham and Stockton and only 1/2 mile from A19. Victorian Guest House with lots of original features with plenty of charm and character including the staff. Our emphasis is on customer service and we try our best to make sure our guests enjoy there stay. We are only 5 minutes walking from Norton High Street with over 14 pubs and restaurants including French, Italian, Chinese, Indian Wetherspoons and good old fashioned English. The tree lined high street has an array of shops including a bank and a supermarket.

This is a family business ran with local staff who take pride in there job. Our aim is to help you enjoy your stay. The Guest House was ran by a manager but in 2015 this was taken back by the owners and ran directly by them. The owners have over 15 years experience in the bed and breakfast and hotel trade.

We are only 1/2 mile from the A19 and 5 minutes walk from historic Norton High Street with its tree lined avenue of Georgian Houses. Approximately 4 miles away is Middlesbrough, Teesside Park and the Water Rapids on the Tees. There are local golf courses at Billingham and Wynyard.
