The property benefits from a licenced tearoom located in a large conservatory overlooking the private gardens, seating 40 covers. The Old Rectory located with an acre site, including attractive private tea gardens with fish pond and a licenced bar. The property is adjacent to the medieval St.Bridgets Church. There is a children's play area (coming in 2021) The property is situated just 400 metres from the 7 mile stretch of Brean Sands and 1 mile from Brean Down.

The Old Rectory is a family run home from home business. The business was originally owned by the current owners father from 1996 to 2012, and has now been brought back into the family ownership once more. The business aims to source locally sourced produce where possible with home cooked food at reasonable prices. The bar and tea rooms are open daily to guests and non-residents. The bar will stay open into the evenings for customer enjoyment.

We are just 400 Meters from the 7 mile long sandy beach. Brean Down is 1 mile further along the beach. There are many facilities in Brean from a swimming pool / water-park to a funfair.
