The Old Sawmill is a charming, stone-built cottage set amongst spectacular surroundings in Glenborrodale near Salen. With three bedrooms (two double and a twin) and a bathroom, it can accommodate up to six people. There's also a separate cloakroom and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a woodburning stove, along with a separate utility room. Outside, there is a pretty front garden with seating area, and a small unfenced stream running through it, whilst to the rear is a terraced garden. There's also ample off road parking for your whole party. The Old Sawmill provides friends and families with a welcoming base from which to enjoy this stunning area of Scotland.
The village of Salen is situated around Salen Bay off the beautiful Loch Sunart. This area is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts, with many walking opportunities, cycling, sailing, kayaking and fishing. This area is also ideal for nature lovers and wildlife photographers. Salen offers a shop/café, as well as a hotel with a restaurant and a bar.
