A beautiful refurbished former school with a large open plan living abs entertaining space , with beautiful original features and fireplace. Furnished to a very high standard with top quality kitchen equipment . Upstairs The master bedroom has its very own roll top bath en-suite , on the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms 1 with solid bunk beds , the other can be a king size bed or 2 singles. There is 1 shower room en-suite for these rooms. In The Lounge area there are 2 double sofa beds. There is a w.c located in a side room for this scenario. We have a hot tub for your use - to make your stay thoroughly enjoyable. We also have a property next door - The Old Kitchen that you can book separately which sleeps 2-4 people allowing you to have the entire property to yourselves - This is proving Very popular for large family breaks and The Old Kitchen is the perfect bolt hole for the parents or grandparents.

We are in an area of outstanding natural beauty , located at the foot of The Brown clee hill - a true haven for walkers and cyclists. A 1 minute walk away is our pub The Boyne Arms - where we serve beautiful home cooked food along with real ale ,A fantastic Gin selection & fine wines. 10 miles either side of us takes you to the 2 beautiful market towns of Ludlow & Bridgnorth- we are located exactly half way between the two. What more could you want! Oh perhaps a taxi ... we can help with transport too !
