The Old School House, a converted school building, has been refurbished to a high standard, but has kept many features. From thick stone walls and arched windows to a lovely wooden front door, this cottage has an abundance of character. The Old School House is ideal for families, with three bedrooms - one first floor double and two ground floor twin bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen with dining area and two sitting rooms. Of the two sitting rooms, the delightful first floor sitting area is perfect for an evening relaxing, and the front decked area is ideal for meals after a busy day exploring the area. The town of Pwllheli is a short walk away and with many shops, pubs, restaurants and two beaches, there is plenty to see and do. The Old School House is a perfect base for visiting many places in the area.
Pwllheli is often referred to as the unofficial capital of the Lleyn Peninsula. The area is famous for its scenery, superb coastal walks and wonderful beaches. Pwllheli itself is a bustling town, with many shops, pubs and restaurants. The marina can also hold over 400 boats. There are two beaches in Pwllheli - South Beach and Glan-y-Mor.
