Our room is set in an old 1500s Farmhouse. The Room has its own private entrance and guests can come and go as you please. It is important to note that whilst we may be able to provide a continental breakfast on request the room is actually let on a Room Only basis with no breakfast included. Although you are booking one bedroom with en-suite you also have access to a guest lounge which will be private for your use during your stay. Within the lounge there are tea and coffee facilities, a toaster and a small refrigerator. We also supply cutlery and crockery for use during your stay.
We are a family run business. We also run self-catering apartments and glamping from the site. Living on site are Dan and Fiona and their three children. We are a working arable farm, but we have chickens and 3 alpacas on the farm and our neighbour often has sheep in the surrounding fields.
We are set 1.5 miles outside the market town of Olney. Olney is famous for the Pancake Race, which originated here. There are a number of fabulous new eatries and places to drink in the town and there are often attractions on such as Dickens of a Christmas, Rememberance Sunday and various craft fairs and events throughout the year. We are in the Oxford, Cambridge, London triangle which each of these places in easy reach for day trips whilst still being able to enjoy a peaceful stay in the Countryside. There are lots of walking trails around if you fancy walking and there are lots of very family friendly attractions very locally.
