Hi, I'm Jackie. I have lived in Tacolneston for 20 years and ran the Pelican for the majority of those as a chef and owner with my husband, Del. We also ran the B&B as part of the Pelican, and I'm happy to say that we have had lots of enjoyable times, and lots of great reviews over the years, for both food and accommodation. Unfortunately, due to ill health, we had to close the Pelican and the B&B in 2016, but we are now able to reopen the B&B and are looking forward to welcoming guest again through AirBnB. I still love to cook, and am hoping to be offering a great homecooked breakfast and evening meals, as the B&B develops. I'm lucky enough to have 4 fantastic Grandchildren, and 3 grown-up children and love spending time with them and the rest of the family ....and even, Del (when he's not fishing, that is!)
