Stepping into the living area from the entrance hallway you are immediately overwhelmed by the sense of space in the open plan living and kitchen area. The high ceiling and balcony doors at both ends of the room allow for a great amount of natural light. To the front of the apartment is a large balcony with outdoor seating and table for al fresco dining in the warmer months. The rear of the property features a second balcony with river views. The very spacious living area is complimented by a large ‘L’ shaped sofa and 75 inch LCD TV and Sonos sound bar. Just perfect for catching up with your favourite Netflix series. The dining area comfortably seats 6 for dinner with a very modern kitchen area just to the side that contains all the amenities you’d expect in a high end apartment including Nespresso coffee maker and complimentary coffee pods on arrival.
