The Penthouse is a contemporary first-floor duplex apartment resting at the centre of Salcombe in Devon. Offering a reverse-level layout, the apartment has three first-floor bedrooms sleeping eight guests, made up of a super-king-size (zip/link, twin on request) with an en-suite shower room, a king-size (zip/link, twin on request), and a twin with two 2'6" singles and two 2'6" stora beds beneath, each bedroom with its own TV and served by a bathroom and shower room on the first floor.
