The Queens Head Hotel

This 17th-century coaching inn is located on Ashby's main high street. With free WiFi, this family-run property offers an on-site bar and a lively weekend nightclub.

The Queen's Head Hotel is close to all the main local motorways, and a short journey from Birmingham and East Midlands Airport.

All rooms at the property come with a TV and some rooms have shared bathroom facilities, while others have en-suite.

The traditional bar is open Sunday to Thursday from 16:30 until 22:30, Friday and Saturday from 15:00 until 01:00. Free entry to the nightclub is included in each booking.

On Fridays, Saturdays and Bank Holidays, the hotel features Ciros Nightclub, it is popular so the hotel can be noisy. Guests can access the club free of charge. It opens from 21:00 until 04:00.

The hotel also features a large outside smoking area. Parking is available at a location nearby for a surcharge.

The current owners took over the business in August 2015 and have an ambitious programme to improve all areas of the hotel, whilst retaining the original character and charm.
