A lovely, modern spacious 5 bed and 3 bathroom house with 4 WCs and complimentary private use of luxurious hot tub. Fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine and Neff appliances throughout. Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer, dishwasher and fridge freezer. Huge Master bedroom with en suite Bathroom consisting of separate Walk in shower and Bath. The Bedroom has built in Wardrobes and drawers provided. 4 Further double bedrooms ( 2 en suite ) and most with built in wardrobes and all with drawers, Downstairs in the entrance hall is a wc and cloak room. The Living Room has a large L shaped sofa and large smart TV. Plus extra seating. The Kitchen has a large island which is perfect for meals and entertaining. From the Kitchen the bi fold doors open up to the private garden with sunken hot tub and rattan furniture. The garden is in full sun all day long. Outside their is ample parking for 3 cars on the driveway, plus extra parking on the pavement if required.

Welcome to our lovely holiday home set close to wonderful countryside and rural escapes! We live very local and are happy to help with any information and local guidance which may help you enjoy your stay. We have lived in the area most of our lives and know lots of walks both local and further afield. As well as knowledge of the many local attractions this area as to offer. We are very active but love nothing more than relaxing in our hot tub, which is why we thought the holiday home hot tub was the perfect added extra to compliment your stay!

We are situated 6 miles from junction 38 of M1 located between Huddersfield, Barnsley and Wakefield. Denby Dale train station is a stroll away and you can see the viaduct from our house. The train line serves Meadowhall Shopping Centre, Sheffield. plus Barnsley and Huddersfield. ( We have bus routes going to Huddersfield, Wakefield and Holmfirth. There are several pubs within walking distance and small supermarkets nearby. We have a Just Thai, and Palace Tandoori Restaurants in the village plus Chinese and maxi's fast food take away. In the next village there is a Swimming Pool and Gym. Local attractions include, Last of the Summer Wine town Holmfirth, Cannon Hall Farm, Holmfirth Vineyard, Yorkshire Sculpture Park and many more. You are able to walk to the Sculpture Park and Cannon Hall via countryside footpaths. The Pennine Way Trail and The Peak District National Park are also close by.
