In a quiet residential area the apartment offers guests the chance to relax and appreciate the areas diverse wildlife on the doorstep. Also guests can watch Ospreys fishing on Loch Garten, less than 12 miles away and Carrbridge Rail Station is the same distance away.

We only provide quality rentals in the Highlands and operate from our booking office in Dingwall in the Highlands. The lounge has ample seating, 3D TV with Freeview, free Wi-Fi internet access and a Bose speaker system to connect a smartphone or tablet. Neighbourhood information

The quiet and tranquil area of the Highlands and a haven for local wildlife. From the property, you will be able to spot birds of prey, but head 2-minutes out of Aviemore and you can spot a lot of wildlife, we recommend travelling to Loch Morlich for a great view and wildlife watching. A car is recommended when staying in the Highlands, however, this is not a necessity. The local taxi service operates 24 hours of the day. There is a train and bus station in town, allowing guests to travel north or south to explore more of what the Highlands has to offer. The nearest airport is Inverness Airport and can be accessed within a 45 -minute drive.
