The apartment itself features a private entrance and under-floor heating, as well as French doors, which lead onto the garden and patio areas. The dining room and lounge are open plan and feature 2 sofas, a table and chairs and a TV.
Guests will also be treated to The Steading’s modern kitchen, featuring a double oven/hob and a dishwasher. It is also stocked with washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets. The apartment includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a separate cloakroom.
In a quiet residential area the apartment offers guests the chance to relax and appreciate the areas diverse wildlife on the doorstep. Also guests can watch Ospreys fishing on Loch Garten, less than 12 miles away and Carrbridge Rail Station is the same distance away.

The quiet and tranquil area of the Highlands and a haven for local wildlife. From the property, you will be able to spot birds of prey, but head 2-minutes out of Aviemore and you can spot a lot of wildlife, we recommend travelling to Loch Morlich for a great view and wildlife watching. A car is recommended when staying in the Highlands, however, this is not a necessity. The local taxi service operates 24 hours of the day. There is a train and bus station in town, allowing guests to travel north or south to explore more of what the Highlands has to offer. The nearest airport is Inverness Airport and can be accessed within a 45 -minute drive.
