This former 19 century artist studio has been fully renovated to a very high standard into a lovely one bedroom, open plan studio. The Studio consist of an upstairs double bedroom, with an open plan living room kitchen on the ground floor. Sliding doors lead onto the spacious patio and outdoor eating area and the communal grass is shared with The Coast House next door. There is a ground floor bathroom with a large walk in shower and a double sofa bed to accommodate 2 extra guests. The studio and the The Coast House next door can be rented together, accommodating 2 family’s or a larger group of friends meaning both groups can have their own space but spend time together when they choose.
