Guests enter through their own private entrance into a lobby area with a kitchenette which contains the following: Fridge Nespresso Coffee Machine Boiling water tap for hot drinks Breakfast items (croissants/pastries, butter, jam, cereals, fruit & yogurt) Still & sparkling water Tea, coffee & Sugar There’s a large, modern wet room and we provide lovely fluffy towels. Shampoo & conditioner is also available for guests to use. The spacious, modern bedroom has a super king size bed which you can lie in and enjoy the amazing views - there is simply no better way to wake up! 2 comfy lounger chairs with coffee tables - breakfast can be enjoyed here or eaten outside on the patio area if the weather is good. Room has a 40” flat screen smart TV with freesat stations, Netflix & Amazon prime. We are Jem, Matt and George! We try to make the most of living in this amazing part of the world! We enjoy going to the beach, bbq’ing with friends, exploring and generally having fun together. We are located in Llanbedrog on the Llyn Peninsula. We are located a 5 minute walk from a beautiful National Trust beach. En-route to the beach, you’ll find a great art gallery (Plas Glyn Y Weddw) which has a fabulous cafe for a lunch or coffee pit stop! There are two great pubs(Glyn Y Weddw & The Ship) in the village - one is practically at the bottom of the drive and the other a 10 min walk away. For those wanting a more formal dining experience, Tremfan Hall is a 5 minute walk away. There’s also a well stocked convenience store and chemist. Llanbedrog is 3 miles away from the bustling resort of Abersoch and 4 miles from the market town of Pwllheli. Getting around A car is useful to explore the surrounding areas. There’s a bus stop at the bottom of the drive with regular buses to Abersoch and Pwllheli.
