IMPORTANT Please be aware that some building work will begin on the back of the building from 28th June 2021 for approx 4 week Mon-Fri 9-5pm. We are sorry for any inconvenience this will cause Welcome to our GUEST HOUSE we do not have a 24 hr reception and check in, so you need to contact us with your approximate time of arrival, on a tuesday check in is before 12 noon or after 5pm. If you do have any dietary requests please advise us before your stay, rooms booked here will be non ensuite unless otherwise stated but upgrade to ensuite rooms are available at a supplement. We have a large lounge but no var licence but you are welcome to bring in your own drinks and put them in the lounge chiller. Takeaways may be brought in but must be eaten in the dining room. Free use of a local health and leisure club is available for guests staying 2 nights or more.

Sue & John have run The Warwick since August 2006 and have improved the property to gain a 4 star rating with a breakfast award for the last 8 years. We hope to meet customers expectation, we are not a Hotel but a B&B with those constraints. We pride ourselves on Quality and Service, but we are only human just like you, so do bear with us.
