This beautiful historic building was built in 1833, and in its life has been a vicarage, American consulate and solicitors office. With a dramatic entrance and sweeping grand staircase, this building evokes memories of decadence and luxury . These qualities are consistent throughout the building. The Westminster Suite is a large luxurious 4 bedroom ground floor apartment. Two of the bedrooms have king sized beds, one with its own ensuite, with the third bedroom having zip and link twin beds,and the fourth bedroom having bunk beds. The spacious lounge area is well equipped with quality leather sofas, two of which are comfortable sofa beds, plus a large screen quality TV with digital channels. The kitchen and dining area are furnished to the highest standards, with granite kitchen worksurfaces, quality kitchen appliances and fully equipped kitchens allowing for full self catering if needed. All towels and linen are provided, and for longer stays additional cleans and linen changes can be organised. The property is perfectly situated in the city centre, just a five minute stroll in one direction to the world famous Plymouth Hoe, with the regional Theatre Royal and the city centre a short walk in the opposite direction .
