Our Guest house is our home and we endevour to make our guests feel at home during their stay. Guests have use of a large lounge area with large TV and DVD. and a small selection of books to read, not forgeting comfortable chairs and sofas. There is also a large dining area complete with 2 combination microwaves, 2 fridges, 1 freezer, kettle toaster and all associated cookware . this gives our guests total flexability to eat when they want either using our facilities or taking advantage of the many cafes etc close by.

We are a mature couple who take pride in our business which is also our home as we live on the premises. We are both very friendly and approachable we are family friendly, for this reason do not take Stag or Hen Parties and will not tolerate any anti social behaviour instead we prefer to cater for families and couples who want a clean, safe and quiet place to stay. Our guests appreciate this as we have many returning guests.

Five minutes walk from beach and central pier. Blackpool Tower, Winter Gardens and Grand Theatre are all less than a Ten minute walk away. Our property is situated in a quiet street but within walking distance to the hustle and bustle of Blackpool Town Centre. Stanley Park is a pleasant half an hour walk away( 5 minutes in the car) if you want to admire this award winning park or maybe listen to the live music which is on most Sundays in the Summer.
