All units comprise a seating area with a sofa and a fully equipped kitchen with various cooking facilities, including an oven, a fridge and a stovetop. A terrace with garden views is offered in every unit.
Guests at the property can enjoy cycling nearby, or make the most of the garden.
Welcome to our Tiny Home ‘Eilidh’ - pronounced Ay-lee, a Gaelic name meaning light which sums up the feel of this cabin. Pale, clean colours, natural textures, simple styling and a restful marine vibe. Sleeps up to four – either in one king and one double sized sofa bed or two singles and the sofa bed. We can also supply a roll out futon if you require four separate beds. Our Tiny Homes have strong eco credentials for stylish off-grid slow living and you will be treading lightly on the earths resources. Set in a peaceful meadow you can truly relax and disconnect from a busy lifestyle. Enter the double doors into the main living space with a double sofa bed . A kitchen to the left and bathroom the right. All kitchen and bathroom facilities are regular sized. Access the mezzanine bedroom (with sliding panel for safety!) via a ladder and for storage you can pull down an extending ladder to the 'nook' area where there is a hanging rail and other storage. Outside you have a BBQ for your use, a table and chairs and a decked area. In summer you are surrounded by wildflowers. We have 4 Tiny Home cabins in our meadow, spaced far enough apart for privacy. NB we are NOT a campsite!
Along with my husband Frazer we own and curate a field full of vintage Airstream caravans and other truly unique places to stay on the Isle of Wight. Our latest project is a collection of Tiny Home cabins, launched late 2017. Hospitality is our full time job and we have been doing it now for fifteen seasons - we can't quite believe that as it all started with just one silver caravan …. previously we worked in the photographic industry as a photographer and stylist (that's me) but we took the plunge to change direction and have no regrets :-) On our downtime we like to travel all over the world … usually in a lo-fi fashion as we do like to have adventures! We try and gather inspiration and hosting ideas from our travelling that we can use to improve what we have created here. We really enjoy meeting our guests and fellow wanderlust-ers and look forward to helping you have a fun and memorable stay. Please feel free to ask me any questions you may have about our places to stay or the Isle of Wight in general - we're happy to help.
The Isle of Wight with it’s slower pace of life, clean air and stunning scenery is the perfect place to unwind. We are ideally sited for walking , running and cycling as the wonderful Pankhurst Forest is on our doorstep and world class sailing is only ten minutes away at Cowes. Cowes and Newport have fantastic bars and restaurants too.
