You will enjoy the family home feel of this property which also enjoys vintage features in keeping with the neighbourhood. There are nice attentions to detail such as USB chargers and aloe vera plants in the bedrooms. The five bedrooms are spread across the two floors with two king bedrooms on the ground floor both with the additional flexibility of sofa beds. The remaining three double bedrooms are on the first floor. There is a full bathroom with laundry facilities and walk in shower on the ground floor and the other bathroom with combined bathtub and shower on the first floor. The living room is on the first floor and benefits from Amazon TV including Netflix. The living room also has a large sofabed. The fully equipped kitchen is on the ground floor and also has a dining table which can extend to seat 8/10. The kitchen is user friendly with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, espresso machine and fridge freezer. I enjoy hosting and great efforts are taken to ensure that high standards are kept including fresh linen and towels for every new guest.

There is a strong community feeling in the neighborhood with a village feel in Stoke Newington. It is also close to vibrant and trendy Shoreditch. Amazing cafés, restaurants and bars are within walking distance of the house and as well several supermarkets which makes this a great place for large groups and families alike. The area is also known as a foodie destination yet still retains its local charm. There is also a popular park nearby called Clissold Park which is famous for its deer and other animals. A real sanctuary in the middle of London which makes an amazing picnic spot or place to unwind on a leisurely walk. If you stay during the weekend there are also some farmers markets held nearby for local produce. It is also easy to travel to tourist attractions with several buses nearby and the convenience of Stoke Newington overground or Seven Sisters and Finsbury Park tube stations. This is such an amazing area to stay during your time in London!
