Topsail is a well-presented terraced cottage in the town of Dartmouth in Devon. The cottage can sleep four people in two bedrooms which are made up of a second floor double and a twin as well as a family bathroom. The remainder of the cottage is made up of an open-plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a woodburner. To the outside is roadside parking on a first come, first served basis and a rear decked balcony with furniture and a lower terrace. Set in a conservation area with views across the River Dart, Topsail offers an enjoyable holiday the year-round. Note: The check in time for this property is from 4pm. The check out time is by 11am.
