## The space This bright apartment is situated within walking distance of the city centre. It will be professionally cleaned before each guest stay and guests can gain access via a lockbox. The apartment comprises of 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large kitchen, living and dining space. The bedrooms both have double beds and wardrobe space. The master bedroom has an en-suit with shower. Bedlinen, towels and essential toiletries are provided. There is a second bathroom attached to the hall that has a full size bath and shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to cook a meal: there is a oven, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave available fro guest use, as well as a large dining table. The living room is spacious with comfortable sofas and a Smart TV. There is parking in front of the flat building - you will need a permit for this which will be provided in the apartment. ## Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property during their stay ## Guest interaction I won't be available in person but I have a fantastic support team who will be contactable by email or telephone during your stay

Neighbourhood information

## The neighborhood Located close to the city centre, between Haymarket and Gorgie, there are great transport links and Haymarket station is within walking distance. Fountainbridge is home to a large activity complex with a trampoline park, cinema, gym, bowling alley and multiple restaurants. Additionally there are restaurants, bars, cafes and supermarkets all easily accessible on foot from the property. The Union Canal is great for walks and jogging. From here the apartment is a 5 minute walk. Train: The nearest railway station is Edinburgh Haymarket. From the station the apartment is a 5 minute walk or you can get a taxi. Buses: Lothian Buses are the main bus operator in Edinburgh. They offer a great free app that provides route maps, fare information and live bus times. Its a great tool for getting around the city.
