Welcome to my beach themed seaside retreat, this light and airy apartment has plenty of room for you and your family to have a fantastic coastal get away here in the beautiful seaside resort of Dawlish. A relaxed and chilled vibe, set in a quirky upstairs seaside apartment. couple of mins walk from all the shops and amusements, and 5 mins to the sandy beach.

My name is Georgina, i am the host of Gem on the Den in Dawlish, Traditional Beach retreat in Dawlish & Teign Townhouse within reach of the beach Teignmouth :) I enjoy hosting for air b&b and creating unique experiences for guests making it much more memorable then staying in a hotel. Im interested in travel and culture i love adventure and the outdoors. Im also a mum to 3 children. contactless greetings available due to covid, but i am always available by phone or to meet im just a phone call away :)

we are located right in the centre of dawlish just 5 mins from the main beach front and passing all the shops and amusements along the way.. the road at the bottom is the green and the brook home to the black famous black swans. The towns railway station is 5 min walk, you can easily access nearby coastal towns such as Teignmouth, Shaldon, Torquay and Paignton.. or the opposite direction to go to starcross, exmouth and Exeter if you fancy more shopping :)
