AlumPointe was a brand new development finished in 2019. The apartment is finished to a very high standard with all branded fittings, stone worktops and italian tiling. Expertly interior designed and beautifully built. We use a super comfortable Hypnia branded mattress in all of our properties which offers an amazing nights sleep coupled with John Lewis bedding for a luxury touch. We have onsite parking for 1 car and plenty of addition free road parking.

Arguably one of Bournemouth's best locations! Only 400m to the golden sandy blug flag award winning beaches. The popular villiage of Westbourne is only 2 minutes up the road offering an M&S food and a massive selection of breakfast, lunch and dinner options including indian, pizza, sushi, bistro, greek and many more. There's pubs, wine bars, coffee shops & a wide choice of restaurants. Bournemouth town centre is 5 minutes by car or a lovely 15 minute walk along the prom. The famous Sandbanks peninsula and beaches are also only 5 minutes drive or a 15 minute walk. Poole old town with it's historic quay and home of Sunseeker Yachts is a 10 minute drive.
