Treflodan House is a character beamed 18th century cottage situated in the quiet hamlet of Whitchurch near Solva, only 10 minutes from St Davids. Ideal for walkers, birdwatchers, surfers and families just wanting to get away from it all, it sits on the edge of the old St Davids airfield - now a nature reserve - and is only 4.5 miles from Newgale, one of the best surfing beaches in Wales. The charming village of Solva with its pubs, cafes and pretty harbour is only a mile away and there you can join the 186 mile Pembrokeshire Coastal Path. For slightly shorter strolls, you’ll find there are beautiful walks from the door. Perfect for autumn and winter breaks as well as summer holidays, the cottage remains snug all year round, courtesy of a Rayburn cooker, which provides central heating and plenty of hot water.
